How to reduce your daily task list and live better

Fashion seems to be top agenda full of appointments, commitments, tasks and obligations. Perhaps you have found more than one person showing off a lot of work and not having time for anything. There is doubted that it is very good to work, but is essential to have time to enjoy other things.

Of course, not easy to reduce such activity, family responsibilities, labor, financial … multiply, we are busy people.

Take life more calmly and make our activities more slowly in order to enjoy more of our time. Although it is not easy, we all know it’s worth trying to get or at least closer to the ideal: 8 hours, 8 hours recreation and 8 hours of sleep.

When you slow things down and devote adequate time to each engagement, we necessarily have to eliminate some things on your to-do list or calendar.

How did you reduce your list? It’s not simple, or you can make overnight, but you do it as if it were your personal accounts. That is, when your level of spending is out of control, probably what you do is carefully examine each item of expenditure and see what is essential and what spending is necessary, going to eliminate wasteful spending, like buying some whim or subscription to a magazine that does not even read (for lack of time).

Regarding the tasks, it’s you analyze them well and clasifiques them in: tasks that you must do you personally, tasks that you can delegate, which you can ask for collaboration and which occupy your time without adding anything in your life. For example, see too much TV at night removing you hours of rest and the possibility of early and move forward important tasks, thereby allowing more free time during the day. Maybe you do not have time to watch TV (it seems that not a big loss), but you can make any other unnecessary thing that is taking precious time of yours.

Think about organizing your time, and filled it with: personal care, balanced diet, exercise, work, meditation, hobbies, family, friends … positive things and happy moments for you and therefore for those around you. They are in order of importance, since everything is important and essential in your life to be happy.
